Mirror Voting Policy

If you select this policy, your proportionate share will be voted in approximately the same proportions as votes cast for the meeting by other shareholders of the security. In instances where proportional voting cannot be reasonably executed, the fund will leave your proportionate share unvoted. The proportionate votes will be based on the votes that have been cast by beneficial owners of a portfolio security in Broadridge's network generally as of the day prior to the applicable meeting and, as such, will not reflect all votes that are ultimately cast at the meeting.

2025 Year in Review
Markets were volatile early in the year amid fears that U.S. tariff announcements might spark trade wars. Despite this, all 11 sectors posted positive returns for the year — driven by optimism around artificial intelligence, strong corporate earnings, and rate cuts from the Fed, ECB, and Bank of England. Information technology was the top contributor with the largest weighting and strongest return.
What This Means For You
You own a piece of 500+ of the largest U.S. companies through VOO. Your fund tracks the S&P 500 with just a 2% turnover rate — meaning it trades very little, keeping your costs low. At 0.03%, Vanguard charges you just $0.30 per year for every $1,000 invested — making VOO one of the cheapest ways to own the stock market.
